Why do I need a Notary Public?
A Notary is often required to:
Certify copies of documents that need to be relied on in other countries
Attend to the witnessing of signatures for documents to be relied on in other countries
The taking of affidavits/affirmations or oaths required in other countries

Correspondence from the person/organisation that requires the notarisation
You will need to bring to your appointment:
All relevant documents
The original/s of your identification document/s. Such identity documents required will be preferably your current passport however an NZ Drivers licence may be acceptable.
Apostille or Authentication
If you require, we can at a further cost organise this for you through the Department of Internal Affairs.
