Checketts McKay Law is seeking a warm, organised and professional Receptionist / Legal Assistant to be the face of our Cromwell office.
What the role involves:
- Welcoming clients with professionalism and a friendly smile
- Managing phone and email enquiries with efficiency and care
- Supporting our lawyers with administrative tasks including file management, document preparation and scheduling
- Contributing to the smooth daily running of the office
What we’re looking for:
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A calm, confident manner with the ability to multitask
- Previous office or legal experience is an advantage, but not essential
- A genuine desire to be part of a close-knit, supportive team
