Becky Slade is a Registered Legal Executive at Checketts McKay Law with more than 21 years’ experience supporting clients and the firm’s legal teams across a wide range of legal matters. She is an Associate member of the New Zealand Institute of Legal Executives (NZILE).

Becky has extensive experience in estate administration and is a key point of knowledge within the firm for estate processes and procedures. She works closely with the firm’s lawyers and support staff to ensure estates are administered efficiently, consistently and with careful attention to detail.

She also works directly with clients and executors, assisting with the practical aspects of estate administration and helping guide them through what can often be a complex and emotional process.

In addition to her estate work, Becky has broad experience in residential property transactions, refinancing, subdivisions and estate planning matters. She supports clients and the firm’s lawyers across a range of property and estate-related matters.

Becky is known for her practical, solutions-focused approach and her ability to manage matters efficiently while keeping clients informed throughout the process.

Becky is actively involved in her local community and is a member of the Teviot Valley Community Board.
