Emma Tompkins is a Law Graduate at Checketts McKay Law and will soon be admitted as a Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand. She works across a range of matters, supporting the firm’s legal teams in employment law, family law and dispute-related matters.
Emma has experience assisting with relationship property matters, employment issues, disputes and leasing, as well as trusts, estates and property-related work. She contributes across a variety of matters and works closely with the firm’s lawyers to support the delivery of clear, practical legal advice.
Emma is particularly interested in developing her practice in employment law, family law and disputes. She works closely with the firm’s teams in these areas and is gaining experience in both advisory and dispute resolution matters.
