Cath Bonsor is a highly experienced Legal Executive at Checketts McKay Law with more than 22 years’ experience supporting clients and the firm’s legal teams across a wide range of property matters.

Cath has extensive experience in residential and commercial property transactions, as well as rural and residential subdivision work. She is a key point of knowledge within the firm for property processes and is regularly relied on by lawyers and support staff for her experience in managing complex conveyancing matters.

Her work includes supporting property transactions from initial instruction through to settlement, as well as assisting with the legal processes involved in subdivision and development projects across Central Otago.

Cath also has a strong understanding of the region’s water and irrigation issues and how these can impact land use, subdivisions and property transactions.

Cath works closely with the firm’s property development and commercial property teams on a wide range of transactions.
