Before joining the legal profession, Emma spent over a decade as a primary school teacher, working across several countries. This experience instilled in her a deep appreciation for diverse perspectives and the importance of creating inclusive, supportive environments.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, she transitioned into the legal industry—driven by a desire to continue helping people in a meaningful way. That journey eventually led her to People & Culture, where she combines her background in education with her love of working alongside others.
