Kelly Checketts is a Legal Executive at Checketts McKay Law based in the firm’s Cromwell office. She works closely with clients and the firm’s legal teams, supporting a range of estate administration, estate planning and property matters.

Kelly has a particular focus on assisting with estate administration and estate planning. She works with clients and executors to help manage estate matters and supports the firm’s lawyers in ensuring these are handled efficiently and with care. Her approachable nature and strong communication skills make her well suited to guiding clients through what can often be sensitive and important matters.

Kelly holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Community and Family Studies, which underpins her understanding of family dynamics and the personal aspects of estate and succession planning. She takes a thoughtful and practical approach to her work, ensuring clients feel supported throughout the process.

Having grown up in Cromwell and returned after 12 years living abroad, Kelly has a strong connection to the local community. She values building genuine relationships with clients and takes pride in providing clear, supportive assistance at every stage.
