Kim Heighway is a Registered Legal Executive at Checketts McKay Law with 14 years’ experience in legal practice. She works across the firm’s Alexandra and Cromwell offices, supporting clients and the firm’s legal teams on a range of property and commercial matters.

Kim assists with residential and commercial property transactions, working closely with clients and the firm’s lawyers to ensure matters progress smoothly from instruction through to completion. She also supports commercial matters and has experience assisting with subdivision and property development work.

Having recently returned to the firm after gaining additional experience in Australia, Kim brings a practical and well-rounded perspective to her role. She understands that legal matters often arise during significant life or business moments and takes pride in making the process clear and manageable.
